The VIP Case & Trip Planning deposit is a paid coordination step for patients or partners who want MVM Care to prepare a medical travel request and preliminary route.
The deposit may cover case intake, document checklist, administrative summary, translation coordination, clinic communication and preliminary travel planning.
The deposit does not cover medical treatment, government fees, flights, hotels or third-party services unless explicitly stated in writing.
