MVM Care can also coordinate interpreter support, airport and clinic transfers, hotel area planning, visit schedule, clinic communication, partner case status and practical steps before travel.

What can only a clinic decide?

Only the clinic decides whether the patient is suitable for consultation, diagnostics, admission or treatment. The doctor reviews medical documents, asks additional questions, suggests a possible route and explains risks.

Final treatment price, medical prescriptions, contraindications and the decision to perform a procedure cannot be promised by MVM Care. Even a preliminary clinic estimate remains preliminary until the clinic confirms the terms in writing.

What should the patient know before paying a deposit?

The VIP Case & Trip Planning deposit pays for coordination work: intake, case preparation, clinic requests, route planning and communication. It is not a payment for treatment.

If the trip proceeds, the deposit can be credited toward the MVM Care coordination package. Medical services are paid to the clinic separately unless a written all-inclusive arrangement is confirmed.

What belongs to official authorities?

Visa rules, permitted stay, entry documents and border changes must be checked with official sources. A coordinator can guide the workflow and point to the right place to check, but cannot guarantee entry or visa approval.

For Russia, the patient should use official consular and e-visa sources when citizenship, route and dates affect the travel plan.

Can the process start without medical files?

Yes. The first inquiry can start with basic information. Medical files are requested later, after the patient agrees to share documents with a clinic.
