The VIP Case & Trip Planning deposit is a coordination payment before travel, not a medical payment to a clinic. It is used when a patient or partner needs a structured case request, document checklist, clinic route and practical logistics before buying tickets.

MVM Care does not sell treatment or promise medical outcomes. The clinic separately confirms the medical part and final medical price.

Why does the deposit exist?

The deposit separates a serious request from general messaging. After payment, the team can spend time on intake, case preparation, clinic communication, travel route, interpreter timing, transfer planning and family logistics. Without this step, the patient often receives scattered replies and no clear next action.

What does VIP Case & Trip Planning cover?

The deposit covers coordination work: initial request review, document checklist, clinic question preparation, communication route, basic travel structure, logistics dependency check and next-step plan. It is not payment for surgery, examination, admission, medication, visa, flights or hotel.

What is not included in the deposit?

The deposit does not include clinic medical services, official fees, flights, hotel, insurance, visa fees, separate document translation, urgent third-party services or expenses billed by another provider. Every external payment should be separated from the coordination service.

When can the deposit be credited forward?

If the trip proceeds and the patient chooses an MVM Care coordination package, the deposit may be credited toward the final coordination fee under the offer terms. This does not mean a discount on medical care: the clinic issues medical bills separately and confirms final medical pricing.

How should refunds be discussed?

Refunds depend on the offer terms and the amount of work already completed. The fair explanation is simple: before work starts, one rule may apply; after case preparation and clinic communication, part of the work has been delivered. Refund rules should be shown before payment without hidden promises.

What information is needed before payment?

Before payment, MVM Care usually needs patient country, language, request direction, preferred dates, family size, urgency and trip goal. A full medical archive should not be requested through a public form. If clinic files are needed later, the coordinator provides consent wording and secure instructions.

How can deposit and medical price stay separate?

This deposit is a coordination fee. A medical price is a separate clinic answer. Preliminary estimates can change after in-person consultation, additional tests or a doctor decision. For that reason, MVM Care does not promise fixed treatment pricing and does not replace the clinic invoice.

How does the deposit help the family?

The family receives more than a clinic email. It receives a practical route: which documents to collect, when to expect a reply, who translates, where to stay, how clinic transfers work, how many companions to plan for and which questions to ask before travel. That reduces uncertainty before departure.

Which official boundaries should be checked?

Travel planning should separately check entry rules, visa type, permitted stay, insurance and document requirements. The official Russian MFA e-visa instruction explains application timing and permitted stay. MVM Care does not replace that source and cannot promise a visa decision.

FAQ

Is the deposit a treatment payment?

No. It is a payment for case and trip coordination. Medical services and final clinic invoices are confirmed separately by the clinic.

Can a family member or agency pay it?

Yes, if payer, patient, agency and MVM Care understand the roles and record the payment purpose clearly.

What happens if the clinic asks for more documents?

Your coordinator explains which documents are needed and how to share them safely. Any medical response to those documents comes from the clinic.
